Ltd. in 1989, which purchased and merged with Canadian Discovery Ltd. in 2005.
Pat Carlson
Patrick Carlson has been the Chief Executive Officer of Kiwetinohk since February 12, 2018 and President and Chief Executive Officer of Distinction since April 2021. Prior to founding Kiwetinohk, he was the Chief Executive Officer and a director of Seven Generations Energy Ltd. until his retirement as CEO in June 2017 and his resignation from the board in May 2018.
Colin Bergman
Colin Bergman is a Vice-President with ARC Financial Corp. (“ARC”) and is responsible for sourcing, executing, and managing investments on behalf of ARC. Prior to ARC, Colin was an investment banker with BMO Capital Markets where he was involved in over $10 billion in capital markets transactions including M&A, equity and debt offerings, and restructurings. Outside of ARC, Colin is on the external fundraising committee of KidSport Calgary & Area and is part of the Investment Advisory Group for UCeed Energy, a philanthropically funded early-stage investment fund. He has a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University and is a CFA charterholder.
